Killer Print operates killerprint.shop using Shopify. This notice explains how we handle personal information when you browse, contact us, upload artwork, or order custom apparel.

Information we collect and why

We receive information you provide, including your name, email, telephone number, delivery and billing details, order selections, artwork, and messages. Order records include garment style, color, sizes, quantities, print locations, dimensions when supplied or verified, prices, and the artwork you approve. We use this information to respond to requests, prepare and produce orders, arrange delivery, provide support, maintain records, and resolve problems.

Shopify and payment providers process checkout and payment information. Our custom artwork backend does not ask you to enter payment-card details. Website and service providers also process device and browser information, IP addresses, cookies, usage events, and security logs to operate the store, measure its use, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the shopping experience.

Artwork and optional AI cleanup

Uploads are processed by our backend hosted on Render and stored in Shopify Files. Production records retain the original and approved artwork references, image dimensions where available, print selections, and approval information. Encrypted recovery copies help us recover artwork and order records after a service failure.

AI cleanup is optional. When you request it, the submitted image is sent to OpenAI through our backend for processing. You can review the result and choose your original image or the cleaned result. Only upload artwork you are authorized to provide, and avoid including unnecessary personal or sensitive information. Provider processing is also subject to the provider's applicable terms and privacy practices; this notice does not promise that a provider immediately deletes submitted images.

Placing an order does not grant permission to showcase your design. We will display customer artwork in our portfolio, website, or social media only with separate customer permission.

Service providers and disclosures

We use Shopify for the store, checkout and file storage; Render for our custom ordering backend; OpenAI for requested AI artwork cleanup; and service providers needed for payment processing, delivery, support and business records. We share information needed to perform those functions. We may also disclose information when you request or authorize it, when required by law, or as necessary to protect customers and the business from fraud or misuse.

Shopify, analytics and advertising

Our current analytics and advertising setup uses Shopify and Meta/Facebook/Instagram. These services can receive website interaction and device information through cookies and similar technologies. We do not intentionally send artwork contents, supplier costs or internal pricing formulas as analytics events. We have not added Google Analytics 4 tracking.

Shopify hosts our store and processes information to provide and improve its services. We use Shopify enhanced features, including Shopify Network Intelligence, which can combine interactions with our store with information from other merchants and Shopify. For these enhanced purposes, Shopify is responsible for its processing and the related privacy requests. Learn more in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify Privacy Portal. Depending on where you live, analytics or advertising disclosures may be considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under privacy law. You may contact us to request an opt-out or exercise applicable rights. Browser cookie controls can limit cookies, although blocking them may affect store functions. We will honor applicable consent and opt-out requirements; this notice does not replace those requirements.

Retention and security

Our customer-artwork retention policy is 12 months after order completion, with longer retention when needed for an active reorder, dispute, or legal or accounting requirement. Contact us with deletion or retention questions. Retention review must include original files, cleaned files, order references, recovery copies, and applicable holds; deletion is not represented as an instant automatic process.

Other records are retained as needed to fulfill orders, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the services. We use access restrictions, encryption for recovery archives, and operational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Visit Your privacy choices to opt out of data sharing. Our cookie banner also lets you accept or decline optional cookies and manage preferences.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, receive a copy of, or delete personal information, and to opt out of certain advertising uses. Send requests to tommy@killerprint.shop. We may need to verify your identity and any authorized representative before acting. We will handle requests and appeals according to applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights. Where available, you may also complain to your privacy regulator. Shopify-specific requests may be made through its Privacy Portal.

You can unsubscribe from marketing messages using the instructions in the message. Necessary order and service communications may still be sent. Our store is not directed to children; a parent or guardian concerned about a child's information should contact us.

Other websites and international processing

Links to other websites are governed by their own privacy practices. Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Applicable provider agreements and legally required safeguards govern that processing.

We may update this notice as our practices change and will update the date above and provide additional notice when required.
