These terms describe use of Killer Print's website and custom apparel ordering services. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. Contact us before ordering if anything is unclear.

Your order and artwork

Review the garment style, color, sizes, quantities, print locations, artwork and order total carefully. Provide accurate contact and delivery information. Let us know promptly if you notice an error or need a change.

Only submit artwork you own or have permission to reproduce. Your submission authorizes Killer Print and the service providers needed for the order to process that artwork for the requested service. It does not transfer ownership of your artwork or give us permission to use it in our portfolio, website or social media; showcasing a design requires separate permission.

You are solely responsible for the artwork you submit. You represent and warrant that you own all rights to the artwork, or have obtained all licenses and permissions necessary to reproduce it on merchandise. This applies to artwork containing third-party trademarks, band names and logos, sports team marks, or copyrighted characters and images — owning a physical copy, screenshotting an image, or finding it online does not grant the right to reproduce it commercially. Before checkout, you will be asked to confirm this in writing. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Killer Print harmless from any claim, loss, damage or liability, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from artwork you submit that infringes or is alleged to infringe another party's intellectual property or other rights. Killer Print may decline to print, or may stop production of, any order it reasonably believes involves infringing artwork, without liability for the resulting delay or cancellation.

AI artwork cleanup is optional. Review the cleaned result before approving it; you may keep your original instead. Screen previews help communicate your request, but artwork placement, print dimensions and production suitability still require review before printing. Machine maximum dimensions do not guarantee that a print fits every garment, pocket, seam or sleeve.

Prices and payment

Pricing depends on the selected garment, sizes, quantities and print options. Review the configured price before submitting payment. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. If a requested change affects price or production, contact us so the revised request can be reviewed before proceeding.

Production and shipping

Most orders are produced within 5–10 business days after artwork approval and payment. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed completion date; larger or complex orders can take longer. Shipping transit time is separate from production time. Free standard shipping applies to domestic orders of $150 or more; charges for smaller orders are shown at checkout.

Changes, cancellations and order issues

Please contact us as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. Eligibility depends on the order's approval and production status; see our Return and Refund Policy for the applicable cancellation rules. Do not assume a change or cancellation is confirmed until you receive confirmation from Killer Print.

Custom-printed items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged, defective or materially different from the approved order or design. Report an issue within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Contact us before sending anything back. These terms do not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Using the website

Do not misuse the website, upload malicious files, interfere with its operation, or submit content you are not authorized to use. Keep your account access secure. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized activity or encounter an ordering error.

Privacy and updates

Our Privacy Policy explains how order information and artwork are handled, including optional AI processing and portfolio permission. We may update these terms and will identify the updated date. Contact us with questions about the terms applicable to an existing order.
